Sherry Peters is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 35 years experience. As a former Senior Consultant and Director with the University of Saskatchewan, she has extensive experience leading change, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, project management and team development. Sherry has facilitated over 100 communication workshops for groups of ten to 500 people! She leads transformational change initiatives involving government, universities, private business owners and corporations.

Sherry has successfully led stakeholder groups to consensus on important and costly decisions.

A skilled communicator, Sherry's disarming and caring approach, coupled with her down to earth and pragmatic style, has helped a multitude of organizations and individuals navigate difficult decisions and changes.

Sherry is a great change manager with strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills. She came to the College of Medicine at a critical point in our strategic planning, and, working within short time frames and with limited information and resources, she was quickly able to formulate a direction, gain buy-in and facilitate better than targeted outcomes. She navigated multiple stakeholders needs with integrity, empathy and developed practical, supportive solutions...

If managing change is the art of people, Sherry is an accomplished and savvy artist.
